Do you think that the mom went too far when punishing her or do you think it was a good punishment?
I probably wouldn't have done something like this if I had kids but if the little girl was bullying people all the time and simply telling her to stop wasn't good enough, then I probably would. If the little girls mom told her to stop previous times before that and she only learned her lesson by wearing thrift shop clothes, then it was an appropriate punishment. Whatever it takes for her to stop bullying and learn her lesson.

1. On a situation like this, I think this is very sad that someone would do that. It makes me feel like everyone should be a lot more safe on the internet and be careful what you do. It's also scary how he shared her picture and said "Help find Nichole Cable" when he's the one who killed her.
2. This website is helpful because it shows what's safe and not safe but it's also just showing simple common sense. I think the website is missing how you shouldn't add or talk to people you don't know on social networks, unless it already said that. I don't think there's anything too unreasonable on the video. It only shows what's safe what's not and how to handle your kids with the internet.

Socheat's Story
1.) Socheat feels that there's a lot of violence, there's an economic crisis and staggering rates of underemployment. The school is no good there's a lot of drug deals. She also feels that Cambodia is a bad place for kids to be brought up.
2.) I would ask her- How did the kids treat you when you first moved here? and Do you like the United States and would you plan on living here when you're older?
3.) - They both live in the United states with their Aunt and grandmother. -They both left family back at home. -They both are coming from the same part of Cambodia

1.) They were arguing over Sundara and American boys. Soka think that he's wrecking her.
2) Sundara sees a broken doll in the garbage. "Sundara fought for her breath, stumbling back against the car, pressing her head between her hands." Moni didn't really understand why she was sobbing over a doll.
3.) Grandmother thinks that the spirit of Soka's baby has taken over Sundara and is punishing her so Grandmother lights scents to get the spirit away. Soka realizes how hard she is on Sundara and feels awful about it so she sits on the end of Sundara's cot and strokes her hair.
